Hi Ladies!I'm giving myself a challenge and I want you all to join me.
Summer is coming and I'm getting antsy. I purchased myself a super cheap podometer and I'm challenging myself to see how many steps I can take each week.
Right now I'm not setting a specific goal other than to better myself each week.
So this is what I'm thinking. Lets see how we can each do.
Whomever wants to join, please do so! The more the merrier!
No weigh ins, no diets, just walking.
We all do that already!
This is just a personal goal that I'm thinking we could make fun.
So if you decide to join me, email me each week by 12 on Saturday with the number of steps you've taken.
I'll keep a talley of everyone's numbers and post here on my blog so everyone can see.
Then by the end of each month whomever is in the #1 place will receive a "FABULOUS 'WORTHLESS' (or priceless if you prefer) PRIZE"
Not for you right now? That is not a problem, hopefully I'll keep this going for awhile and you can join in at any time!
